Depression

Trauma and PTSD

Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can have a profound and lasting impact on both the mind and body, often resurfacing long after the traumatic event has occurred. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective therapy designed to help process and heal from traumatic memories.
