I provide 60-minute or 90-minute individual therapy sessions for adults aged 16 and up. Individual therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in your life. I will provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, and work towards a happier, healthier you.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy is a unique approach to therapy that combines the benefits of physical exercise with traditional talk therapy. During a walk-and-talk therapy session, you and I will walk together while discussing your concerns and issues. This type of therapy can be especially helpful for those who find it difficult to sit still during traditional therapy sessions or who benefit from the stress-reducing effects of exercise. In our first 15-minute online session, we will discuss the exact location.

Are you looking for a convenient and accessible way to receive mental health support from the comfort of your home? I serve clients residing across Ontario, ensuring that geographical barriers do not hinder access to quality mental health support. For online sessions, I use a secure platform. You will receive an email link and will not be required to download any programs or apps.

I offer therapy sessions in English and Italian, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for Italian-speaking clients. My fluency in Italian allows me to connect deeply with clients who prefer to express themselves in their native language, ensuring they receive culturally responsive and effective support.
