I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, such as EMDR, narrative therapy, solution focus, ACT, and more, to support clients in their healing journey.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and other distressing life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on reprocessing memories that are "stuck," using bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or tapping. This process helps reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories, allowing you to experience relief and gain a new perspective on past events. EMDR has been shown to accelerate healing, often producing lasting results in a shorter time than other therapeutic approaches.
